York County Clerk of Court
The Honorable Angie M. Bryant serves as the York County Clerk of Court. Bryant was appointed by Governor Henry McMaster in July 2023 to fulfill an unexpired term, becoming the first female Clerk of Court in the history of York County. She oversees more than 65 employees across five locations, including the Historical Courthouse, the Joseph R. Moss Justice Center, and the York County Family Court Courthouse in Rock Hill.
In addition to maintaining court records, Bryant serves as the Register of Deeds for York County. Her office also operates a Passport Acceptance Facility in Rock Hill. The Clerk of Court staff can direct you to the appropriate form or office location, but they cannot provide legal advice.

No fee is required for DSS abuse and neglect cases, juvenile delinquency proceedings, and domestic abuse protection order petitions.
